Project Overview:

Our clients approached us to turn their new house into a home with pre-approved architectural plans. Our focus was on modernizing, changing the floorplan, and adding a spacious

outdoor living area with vaulted ceilings. The project included new bathrooms, kitchen, laundry, flooring, insulation, framing, roof replacement, decking, and engineering and steel works.

This project showcases our expertise in managing extensions, and delivering results that align with our clients' visions. Our commitment to quality and client satisfaction ensured the space became their dream home.

our approach

Approaching the task practically, our goal was to create stylish yet functional spaces within the new floorplan. Without predetermined materials or a colour palette, we collaborated with partners at Beaumont Tiles Mittagong and Choices Flooring Mittagong. Once decisions were made, the project began!

Transformation Journey

We managed the entire renovation process, handling material orders, liaising with engineers, overseeing steelworks, and executing various tasks like demolition, carpentry, bathrooms, laundry, kitchen, flooring, roofing, decking, and window replacement. In just under four months, our clients had their dream home completed and move-in ready.
